How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
Dry time can vary depending on certain situations, but 4-6 hours with adequate air movement should do it. Things like types of carpet, weather, humidity and the degree of cleaning can all factor into the length of dry time.
How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
Carpet production mills recommend every 12-18 months. For households with children and/or pets you may want to increase that to 6-12 months.

Do you guarantee getting all of my spots/stains out?
While advanced technology in spotters has created a higher success rate of removing a wide variety of stains, I cannot guarantee any spots will come out. What I can guarantee is that I will try my best to remove stains within reasonable expectations.
Can you send me the bill?
For business services only; commercial properties, small businesses and office space, I will send an invoice after the job is completed that is due upon receipt. For all residential services, payment is due on the day and time of service.
What kind of spotter should I use?
I recommend using 1 part vinegar to 4 parts water. Saturate the affected area and pat dry with a towel. DO NOT RUB! Sometimes store bought spotters can bleach or leave excess soap in your carpet as they are not extracted properly. Soaps or chemicals left on your carpet can act as a magnet and attract more dirt to the treated area causing it to darken or discolor.
Do I need to move my furniture?
You do not need to move any furniture unless you choose to do so prior to my arrival. I can clean around most large furniture items since the area underneath is typically not walked on and less exposed to the environment.
Do I need to vacuum before your arrival?
Yes, I recommend all customers vacuum their carpets. Your carpets will be cleaned more thoroughly if all loose debris and dirt have been removed. It allows me to keep my rates reasonable and my schedule on time. You may incur an additional charge if I have to vacuum upon arrival.
How do I keep my carpet clean and in good shape until the next time I call you?
Vacuum, vacuum, vacuum! At least 2-3 times a week. Certain types of carpets, such as frieze, or high traffic areas, recommend daily. The proper vacuuming technique is to vacuum into the room and back out. Remember not to set your vacuums too low as this causes damage and wear to the carpet.
